About Me

- Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Paul grew up in the suburb of Richfield. Upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army. After he was Honorably Discharged, he returned to Minnesota to become a musician with a local rock band. He headed west for a career in law enforcement and retired as a sergeant after nearly 30 years with a Southern California municipal agency. Formal Education: Masters degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates degree in Law Enforcement. California POST certified instructor in Racial Profiling, Tactical Communication/Verbal Judo, Report Writing and Police Motorcycle Operations. Currently an instructor for the National Traffic Safety Institute (NTSI) and Ron Laursen's, Kids N Crime
